Tomatoes

Tomatoes that are pretty don't taste so good. Efforts are afoot to make tomatoes tastier. Perhaps that could reduce the consumption of junk food but such a lofty goal is a stretch. Meanwhile the project is a challenge in chemistry and plant genetics.
