Eat The Fruit

The worry about sugar in whole fruit is unfounded. There are many compounds in fruit beneficial to health and the fiber protects against the sugar. The sugar in whole fruit is not the same as processed sugar. Fresh fruit/vegetable juice prepared in a blender or food processor contains the pulp, which is good for you.
