Exercise and Appetite

Intense exercise can reduce appetite. Exercise of any intensity is beneficial for health and some people cannot or will not engage in intense physical ativity. It is better to think of exercise in terms of health rather than weight control. Start walking and don't stop. Periods of more vigorous physical activity are good. This can be achieved gradually and consist of walking faster, walking up hills, climbing stairs, running and/or biking faster and up hills.
