Antidepressants

Many people I see are on antidepressants and have been on them for long periods of time. The majority of these people can no longer tell if there is continued benefit and some could not tell if there was any benefit to begin with. There should be clear reason and benefit from taking any medication and this is especially true for medications taken over a prolonged period of time.
